Policies
Cancellation PolicyIf you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 2 hours in advance. I always reach out to confirm 2hrs prior to appt start, and if I do not get confirmation then, the appointment will be canceled.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
$150 for the first time, $300 for the second (in an row), and the third cancellation in a row will require you to pay the full rate for your originally scheduled appointment before re-booking.
If I do receive notice of your need to cancel within 2hrs of your originally scheduled time, and you reschedule for within 2 weeks of your original appointment date (when possible), any deposit paid is transferable.
Booking PolicyYou must follow the following format when reaching out in order to receive a response.
“Hi Stella Selene,
My name is ___, I am ___ years old, (body type)__, (height)__, (ethnicity)__, and (any other details you feel like providing)__. I would like to see you for an (incall/outcall)___ on (date)___ around (time)___ for ___ hour(s). Some things I’d like to do during our time together are (tell me what services/experiences you’re seeking. Please be detailed and specific).”
While I do sometimes accept same-day bookings, all appointments scheduled within less than 24hrs notice are subject to a Last Minute Booking Fee.
The Last Minute booking fees are as follows: $50 for 18-23hrs notice, $100 for 13-17hrs notice, $150 for 8-12hrs notice, $200 for 7-5hrs notice, and 4 hours notice is the absolute minimum I must have and is $250. Your notice time does not start until screening has been completed and passed.
No-Show PolicyFailure to confirm or reschedule your appointment within 2 hours of appointment time will be considered a no call no show. No show sessions are subject to a cancellation fee and may increase the deposit amount required if another session is booked in the future. See Cancellation Policy for more details.
Refund PolicyDeposits are non-refundable, but are transferable as per my cancellation policy. No refunds will be given for my hourly rate.
