Counter-notification

If content you posted was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notification to the same address. Include the material that was removed and where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We will pass it to the original complainant, and unless they file suit we may restore the material.

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
